Throughout Tracy Malcolm's career, her focus has been on interacting and providing an impeccable level of service and care.
A native of Hamilton, Tracy entered the workforce promoting international brands throughout the Toronto area as a professional spokesmodel.
In 2005, Tracy incorporated her marketing and business savvy with her love of horses, opening an Equestrian Centre in Wellesley offering boarding facilities and riding lessons for all ages. Along with managing her staff and overseeing day-to-day operations, Tracy developed advertising strategies to attract new clients and organized many successful fundraisers, donating the proceeds to cancer charities.
Similar to the real estate business; referrals, positive word-of-mouth and face to face contact are instrumental in the equestrian industry. The success of Tracy's facility, and her track record of satisfied clients, demonstrates her competence and commitment to service excellence.
After moving into the city seven years ago to accommodate the lifestyles of her older children, Tracy refocused her business plans on her long time interest in real estate sales. While doing so, she enjoyed employment in healthcare, working directly with patients and completing special training on how to communicate with distraught individuals and diffuse problematic situations.
Tracy's real estate clients will greatly benefit from her strong business background, her many years of experience forging exemplary customer relationships, and her pleasant and positive disposition.
